Terms of Service.

1. The service

LendScope is a software tool that helps Australian mortgage brokers calculate borrowing capacity across multiple lenders. It is operated by Aartan Group Pty Ltd (ACN: pending), referred to here as "we" and "us".

2. Eligibility

You must hold a current Australian Credit Licence (ACL) or be authorised under one (as a Credit Representative) to use LendScope in a commercial broking context. We may ask you to verify this.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or resell access without written consent.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our lender policy data in bulk.
• Don't use LendScope to provide advice you aren't licensed to give.
• Don't upload any client data you don't have a lawful basis to process.

5. No financial advice

LendScope is a calculation tool. It is not financial product advice and does not constitute a credit assessment under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). You remain responsible for your responsible-lending obligations.

6. Lender data accuracy

We update lender rates, buffers, and shading policies regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Always verify a deal directly with the lender before submission. Our liability for any deal-placement decision you make is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

7. Fees

LendScope is free to use while it is in beta. There are no paid plans and we do not collect payment details. If we introduce paid plans in future, we will tell you before any charge applies and you can choose whether to continue. You can close your account at any time.

8. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable. You can close your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
