Why we built this
Every broker we spoke to in 2025 said the same thing: the lender calculators are slow, inconsistent, and they have to redo the same maths a dozen times for one client. So we rebuilt the entire panel — 51 lenders, real policy data, one screen.
What we believe
- Speed beats spreadsheets. Serviceability shouldn't take 20 minutes.
- Policy transparency. If a lender shades casual income 60%, you should see it before you place a deal.
- Brokers own their data. Your scenarios stay yours — exportable, deletable, never sold.
The team
LendScope is built and operated by Aartan Group Pty Ltd, a Sydney-based product team. We aren't a bank, an aggregator, or a referrer — we just make the desk faster.
We are not brokers, and we don't claim broker authorship for the panel. What stands behind the numbers is the paperwork: nine lenders' own broker workbooks, read cell by cell, and fourteen more from published lender guides with the section cited. Where a figure isn't sourced, the lender carries a panel-default label that says so rather than a number we made up. You can check any of it — that's the point of the methodology page.
