Why we built this
Every broker we spoke to in 2025 said the same thing: the lender calculators are slow, inconsistent, and they have to redo the same maths a dozen times for one client. So we rebuilt the entire panel — 47 lenders, real policy data, one screen.
What we believe
- Speed beats spreadsheets. Serviceability shouldn't take 20 minutes.
- Policy transparency. If a lender shades casual income 60%, you should see it before you place a deal.
- Brokers own their data. Your scenarios stay yours — exportable, deletable, never sold.
The team
LendScope is built and operated by Aartan Group Pty Ltd, a Sydney-based product team working with mortgage brokers across NSW, VIC and QLD. We aren't a bank, an aggregator, or a referrer — we just make the desk faster.
