Pricing questions

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. The 14-day Professional trial requires no card. We'll only ask for billing details if you choose to continue after the trial ends.

How often are rates updated?

Lender rates and policy data are refreshed weekly from publicly available rate sheets, and within 24 hours of any major lender announcement. Each lender row shows its last-updated timestamp.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled and refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days.

Is LendScope ACL accredited?

LendScope is an information tool, not a credit assistance provider. Brokers remain responsible for verifying lender policy and serviceability under their own ACL or aggregator authority.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and direct debit for annual Team plans. All payments are processed in AUD via Stripe.
